Feature request: open test

When I try to create a test that already exists, it opens the test. Which is great, as that is an "open test" feature - so I don't need to use another extension for that! 👍

However, it would be nice to have some features that other extensions have:

• a new menu option "open test" which does exactly what it does now
• a config option to open the test in a split view - so the test will open to the right of the current file. Like this extension

For opening the test file, I am little skeptical about another option. But I am open to suggestions. How this another option add any extra value?

I really liked your idea of opening a test file in split view. It would be a great one. 👍

But I'm currently on vacation and I can only start on it once I return (End of February). In the meanwhile, if you are interested to work on it, you can pick this up. I'll happily merge the PR.

I've never written extensions so I wouldn't know where to start. Let's "keep it on the backburner"?
