Better handling of failed downloads

When I try to update HLS over a DSL line, the curl of the download file files fails, in a couple of different ways.

Would it be possible to have curl retry the download, continuing from where it left off?

Or would it be possible to specify that ghcup should use wget instead? (Wget2 on Fedora seems to work better over slow connections like DSL than curl does.)

Or would it be possible to manual download the file and tell ghcup where the local copy is?

Yes you can switch to wget:

ghcup config set downloader wget

Or somesuch.
