Downgrading ZWave JS UI

Hello
I recently upgraded my HA OS & Core and more integrations / addons, and my whole ZWave network went dead... i had to remove all devices and reinclude them and basically rebuild the network.
The wierd thing is that - when i made the updates - the nodes went completly dead. Now, when i'm including a device - it is working for like a min an then going dead..
Since most of my devices are Fibaro based (mostly fgs-223) - i got a recommandation to downgrade the ZWave JS UI addon driver to 13.x.x

Is that possible? if so - how?
