[Proposal] Create an IRC or Matrix Channel for Community Chat

First, thank you for all your work on this excellent project!

I wanted to propose the creation of a real-time communication channel for the TinyUSB community: such as an IRC channel on Libera.Chat or a Matrix room at matrix.org.

While GitHub Discussions and Issues work well for structured topics and bug reports, a chat space would help:

• Facilitate quick, informal questions
• Allow for brainstorming and real-time collaboration
• Provide a place for newcomers to interact and feel welcome

Many other open-source projects benefit from having such channels, and it can complement your existing GitHub workflow.

Would the team be open to this idea? I’d be happy to help set up or moderate if needed.

@HiFiPhile Does this project already have an IRC server or a channel?

No, we use mail mainly. @hathach is on your opposite time zone (UTC+7), and I'm barely active on channels I currently have. With Github at least there is a mail reminder. I think the benefit is limited unless one day we need to work simultaneously on a complexe subject.

@HiFiPhile @hathach I still think having an IRC channel adds value for brainstorming and informal communication. I will try to create an unofficial channel in libera.chat, if that's OK with you all.

I ended up creating #tinyusb in libera.chat, if anyone is interested.
