[Self-Filed] More Compression Libraries

We could support more compression libraries (zstd, brotli) if there's demand and/or willingness to contribute. Please chime in if you're interested!

A sketch of the behavior I'm imagining we'd want: Support them automatically if they're already being used elsewhere in the project (e.g. boost for zstd or leveldb for brotli). And then also have a condition that can be used to force them on or off.
