Add USB support via port #3
Description
It is possible to make the Blue Pill USB port do USB-Serial emulation, unfortunately the Hackaday image does not support it.
Since I currently don't have a USB-Serial adapter, it would be nice to include the functionality in the Hackaday ROM.
