In previewnet, blocks streamed from BN have the second last block item (BlockFooter) replaced by the default BlockItem (item case 0).
Block 40000 streamed from BN:

It's unclear if the block was streamed from CN to BN in such a format or the block was changed by BN when streamed to MN.
