Requirements for console log

• All messages from the otter framework
• All logs from the otter tests themselves

Tests

• Run happy path test (as a normal unit test)
• redirect console output to a file?
• check for logs that are always present
• check expected levels
• check logger name to ensure the log only contains logs from the expected packages

Please fix any logging issues you encounter while developing the tests
