The downscaler/uptime does not seem to work as expected #121
Description
With the deployment configuration as below, I would expect the deployment to contain 1 replica beyond the uptime, but the no. of replicas remains the same as default no. of replicas configured, independent of the configuration:
downscaler/uptime: "Mon-Sun 09:00-12:00 UTC"
downscaler/downtime-replicas: "1"
