Limit / cutoff per degree

Hi and thanks for a great package!

Sorry in advance if this is too basic and a commonly known solution is already at hand.

I would like to, in my UpSetR-plot:
order.by = "freq"
group.by = "degree"

BUT then i would like to, for each degree set a cutoff, just like the cutoff when you group.by = "sets". 

Is this possible?
