The problem
When setting "content_in_root": true in hacs.json of a custom HACS integration and having the integration code in the root accordingly, which is allowed as stated at https://www.hacs.xyz/docs/publish/integration/ validation fails with the following error:
[MANIFEST] Domain does not match dir name
