Confusing register link on Overview #87

Is this course signup link still relevant?
Clicking it takes me to this form
None of the dates on the form have a year, so it was unclear if this was relevant or not. On the github, it looks like the relevant year might have been 2022.
Either, (1) the link is not relevant, and should be removed; or (2) the form should be updated for why I should register with updated info.
