When a user tries to upload a large folder using
upload_folder, let's try to nudge them toward usingupload_large_folderinstead. For now the threshold is arbitrary based on number of files (>30 files => log). Let's see in the future if we want to update this threshold based on file sizes as well.I've also deprecated the experimental feature
create_commits_on_prwhich is now outdated (better to use the officialupload_large_folder).
