When I decrease the number of specific node, it doesn't take affect #5
Description
Hi,
According to this configuration file when I increase the number of specific node type (for example boot node or validator) it takes affect in kubernetes deployment.
But when I decrease the number of a specific node, it doesn't take affect. for example when the number of validators is 3 and I decrease it to 2, It doesn't take affect in that node type deployment.
