Better provide offline conversion feature rather than using imodelhub or itwin synchronizer

The first step to use itwin.js is to create a imodel using either online service or offline app. However, I think it's really awful to use either iModelHub service or iTwin Synchronizer.
For online service way, no company leader would think using a online service on the public cloud is a better solution for storing their data.
For offline app way, as engineer's design changes all the time, it's impossible to let the engineering do this mannully.
So if you'd like to make itwin popular, provide offline conversion feature to stop blocking users from beginning.
