Migrate from react-beautiful-dnd to dnd-kit #1449
Description
The react-beautiful-dnd package used in this repo is now archived on github and deprecated on npm. It is no longer being maintained, yet it has some known issues examples of which are discussed in these two issues:
atlassian/react-beautiful-dnd#2396

We need to drop our dependency on it by migrating to dnd-kit which in our current opinion is the most stable and future-proof option and is recommended by Atlassian as a way forward.
