Failed to get the Flex report as IB changed their URLs.

The following DNS error will occur.
RLError: <urlopen error [Errno 8] nodename nor servname provided, or not known>

Old DNS: gdcdyn.interactivebrokers.com

Needed to be updated with the new URL: ndcdyn.interactivebrokers.com
