Futures ticker issue on v2.0.1

this is working fine on v1.0.3, and somehow failing on v2.0.1

on v1.0.3 I get tickers.

Interesting failure there. We don't have a tick decoder for tickType=90 and it's not listed in the docs we used for mappings: https://interactivebrokers.github.io/tws-api/tick_types.html

Looking through their other client code, they seem to show tick 90 as DELAYED_HALTED(90, "delayedHalted"). We should probably audit the current IBKR client source listed ticks against what we are parsing (just from their website docs which are incomplete apparently).

I think it may be happening here because you don't have a "real time" CFE data subscription, so it is giving you delayed ticks which we haven't caught properly before (for some reason?).

It looks like in the official python client source, they just use a big sequential id-defined-by-position enum for these values they match on from ibapi/ticktype.py in some places directly like:

In the java source they map them with integers to names though, so it's actually a little easier to read there in JavaClient/com/ib/client/TickType.java.

We could change ours to be less "aggressive" when it sees "unknown" tick types, but it's also good to see we are dropping data without the correct data handlers currently.

Next steps: reconcile our tick maps in wrapper.py against the ticks in the official client source then adding missing ticks and ticker properties for setting where needed.
