What can be compared:

• grpc w/protobuf vs http4s w/protobuf vs http4s w/json

It is nice to compare performance when ConnectRPC client will be implemented. Then, this is what can be compared:

• grpc client making requests to grpc server
• connectrpc client -> connectrpc server with protobuf
• connectrpc client -> connectrpc server with json
