Add option to enable the clock during dimmed hours

Description

If possible, it would be nice to optionally show the current time during dimmed hours. Users would be able to decide whether they want their screens to go completely dark (current implementation) or whether they can live with some backlight bleed as a trade off so that they could still see the current time and date at night.

Use Case

At night, people normally want to limit their light pollution at home and the option to dim the screen that is already implemented is an excellent way of doing so. At the same time, it would be nice to have the additional option to enable the time and date (and maybe the weather info as well, if available). The screens would stay relatively "black" and be dimmed enough so that they would serve as a very subtle night light with some additional info. The original software on my frame provides this feature and I quite liked it.
