Description
Design an intermediate format of files that represent our internal version of the snapshot. This will be created once per boot or on demand from the CBOR snapshot from either a Haskell node dump or an Amaru snapshot. Pi is working on the parser that will read the single-file snapshot.
The is likely a command-line tool that we'll run once as need to transform snapshot file into modular data files. It can be a crate that has a library that performs the function and might have a thin executable wrapper for command line usage.
