[Bug]: Wrong URL in Catalyst Signed Document specifications

Current Behavior

When visiting the https://input-output-hk.github.io/catalyst-libs/architecture/08_concepts/signed_doc/spec/#metadata , there is a link to the Metadata fields URL which is wrong (leads to 404 response).

The current URL is:
https://input-output-hk.github.io/catalyst-libs/architecture/08_concepts/signed_doc/spec/metadata

Expected Behavior

The expected URL should be:

https://input-output-hk.github.io/catalyst-libs/architecture/08_concepts/signed_doc/metadata
