Prepare merging with Stan

- remove the Cardano dependencies
- minimize the code modifications in the HLS
- find a way to test the `plu-stan` rules ( maybe the best idea would be to create a separate target project for the `plinth` code and remove any `project.cabal` and `stan.cabal` modifications we have now )
