operator ControllerTLSSecret: refresh mutating pod webhook config when secret changes #857
Description
PR #838 implements support for the new ControllerTLSSecret field such that it copies the public TLS certificate into the mutating pod webhook configuration once when creating it or when ControllerTLSSecret itself changes.
What is missing is support for certificate rotation: when the content of the secret changes, the config also must be updated.
