Upload with automated download

In the CI/CD pipeline, the customer would like to upload an SBOM to interlynk, get the sbom checked, enriched, add in all the metadata and then download it. Vulns are not that important at this stage.

This is required since the sbom, needs to be persisted to be part of a application binary release.
