Add an "ask each time" option to the "Auto Save Page" setting.

Is your feature request related to a problem/ issue? Please describe.

I want to have Auto Save on at all times, but the URL exclude list that's set by default is not very comprehensive, so the plugin regularly tries to archive e.g. my emails, or other content that is private. I'm not sure if this works, but it feels sketchy AF.

Describe the solution you'd like

• I would like an "ask every time before autosaving" option in General -> Auto Save Page.
• The option should be ON by default, I think..
• When auto save occurs, there should be 4 options:
  • Yes
  • No
  • Always for this domain
  • Never for this domain (add to exclude list)
