'Save Failed' error on every website

Describe the bug
I cannot save any webpages to the Wayback Machine with the extension.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in to your Archive.org account
2. Open e.g. https://scispace.com/pdf/an-extended-kalman-filter-algorithm-for-integrating-gps-and-3jrv2ylp1p.pdf
3. Click on the Wayback Machine extension icon in the toolbar
4. Click on Save Page Now (the state of the Outlinks and Screenshot checkboxes doesn't matter):
5. Get a Save Failed error immediately:
   

Expected behavior
The webpage is saved to the Wayback Machine.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Webextension version: 3.3
• Browser + version: Safari 18.5
• OS + version: macOS 15.5

Additional context
This has been happening for months now. It makes the extension quite unusable.
