Ionic UI is not styled inside the custom component

Hi, 
if you put this code in the preload-image.component.html file:
< ion-button shape="round" color="primary" >Hello!< / ion-button >
you can see that the button has no style.
I know that it isn't your issue, but can you help me anyway?
