Added suggestion

When someone uses this tool to verufy the files against the redump dat.  Can this program create a new dat that can then be used for RVZ format?  

Seems to me all we need is a good dat and that would save a lot of people a lot of time and storage space, to convert their rom files and then unconvert them.
