Antora 2.3 reached EOL on 25 Feb 2022

**Describe the bug**
The wiki depends on a version of Antora that is no longer supported.

**To Reproduce**
Search for "@antora" in the "package.json" file.

**Expected behavior**
Find a version number greater than or equal to "3.0.0"
