[Docs]: Update docs to cover ZTA setup #3

Documentation Description
With changes introduced by #2, the setup documentation will need updating to reflect enabling a ZTA Azure environment.
Suggested Improvement
Update the documentation to cover how to setup the ZTA environment, how to configure the jumpbox, and utilize it for future updates.
