Retrive all users as list

I'm testing your PHP boilerplate and I love it.
I'm trying to test a page retrieving all users as a list but Im stuck.
I'm not an expert on PHP, I don't know if I need to use Database::get or Database::action or doing something like:
$database->user['name']...
Can you help me, please?
