KNOWN ISSUE: BIOS battery limit not being acted on

If the BIOS setting is moved from 60% to 80%, the ranges will change from:
55 - 60 %
to:
75-80 % (as shown in "ectool chargecontrol")
and if the current charge in between 55-60 %. One would expect it to start charging to 80%, because it is below the 75% lower limit.

For some reason it does not start charging, unless prompted to do so with "ectool chargecontrol normal"
It then starts charging and stops at 80 %.

This is just a place holder, to remind us that it needs looking into.
