Azure blob support for parsing scorm files #326
Description
Add Azure Blob Storage Support for File Reading, Parsing, and SAS URL Generation
The current repository does not support reading or parsing files stored in Azure Blob Storage. We need to introduce functionality that allows the application to:
- Read files directly from Azure Blob Storage
- Parse the retrieved files
- Generate SAS URLs for the course content so the UI can properly render it
This enhancement will enable seamless integration with Azure Blob Storage and allow the UI to access and display course data securely.
