[Bug]: historical perl issues

What happened?

Not quite sure if this is a bug with the script or something gracnote is doing.

Within the last week, I have started getting Pittsburg OTA listings mixed in with my Buffalo OTA listings. I also created a new gracenote account with Ft. Erie Ontario postal code. It also downloaded Pittsburg listing with the pull.

Also when I use the epg in xteve, the guide shows no data in those channels once imported into other programs.

Is anyone else seeing the same?
