Thanks hackwin for this (and thanks mvallevand for https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=66253&pid=601575#pid601575).

I did a git clone https://github.com/jef/zap2xml.git, and then, I edited the zap2xml.pl as mentionned here and ended doing a docker build -t. I then followed the "README" instruction doing cat > docker-compose.yml.

My xmltv.xml created with https://tvlistings.gracenote.com/grid-affiliates.html?aid=lat is back to normal :)

Seems like a positive change. Perhaps we should have this as default and be able to update the agent as an environment variable.
