Cut a new release

Some changes have been merged in since e78700d (0.0.10 release hash). Can you cut a new release that includes them?

It would be great to get the fixes from PR #49 that fix a major issue when the multibranch functionality of the Git or Bitbucket plugins are used. We ended up having to use the manually built version provided by hogarth until we can build our own or a new release gets cut. #49 (comment)

I just got bit by #49 too. Did this project get abandoned again? It would be great to get this released, I guess in the mean-time I'll give this a try.

it seem the project is really inactive. Anyway, if u need to quickly grab the latest release. It's here
scm-sync-configuration.hpi.zip

remove zip extension then it should works.
