[JENKINS-70211] Only create stash if files exist

As an alternative to JENKINS-37327">JENKINS-37327 it would be useful to be able to skip creating a stash altogether rather than creating an empty stash if the specified files do not exist.

  I would say that stash should fail (or optionnally) if not all files referenced in the includes field are present. And as far as possible, if includes is configured with something like:
  includes: "titi,toto*.*" 
  and titi is found but no file exist with pattern toto*.*, stash should also fail.
