Linux permissions error for cluster logs #818
Description

What happened:
If one changes linux permissions or uses a different image for the instances, the cluster logs command will fail.
No journal files were opened due to insufficient permissions.
FATA[0000] exit status 1
No journal files were opened due to insufficient permissions.
FATA[0000] exit status 1
What you expected to happen:
When this happens we should be able to deal with it.
We should be able to get the exit code when it fails due to permissions.
We should then try again using sudo
