Use the contentful preview API when in development

It'd be cool to use the cpa when I'm running in dev mode. This way I can check unpublished changes locally (or staging) before i hit publish. 😊

This is a great idea. I implemented it quickly on my side but then I realized the AngularJS Contentful Library I'm using seems to be hard-coded to point to the delivery CDN:

I think it'd be easy enough to submit a PR with the update so I'll pick this one up.
