A way to completely disable interactive validation

Maybe there is a way to do this? Sometimes, it's annoying to see errors on each field when it loses focus.

I have read it and tried it, but it did not work for me. I just tried again, adding withhold-feedback="errors messages", and it worked - except for the Selectize widget. Since it didn't work with Selectize, I initially thought it wasn't working at all.
