Improve test coverage #2
Description
Test coverage at the moment is pretty bad. It would be good to get the coverage to 100%. Also it would be good to have some tests with special trees for which we know how the flats and subflats should behave. For example trees with particularly long branches in certain places, and whether or not the results make sense in these cases.
