Viewer keeps spawning new tabs

If I run the view on an RTTM file, it keeps spawning new tabs, rather than keep everything in one tab

Hey @AbrarZShahriar, yeah that is the current behavior. I would welcome a PR to open everything in the same tab if you're up for it :)
The key thing here is whether we should stack the plots or somehow group them, because stacking is not the most useful way to compare different RTTMs either.
