Should mention the build process needs to be run from the root

In the previous step for setup you navigate to the src/ directory to install npm dependencies, but it's not mentioned in the later run/build steps to navigate back to the root project directory in order to execute those steps. Would be good for clarity. Otherwise working perfect, thanks!
