Axis range input sometimes misplaced

**Describe the bug**
The y axis range input is sometimes offset off of the axis which messes up the entire layout

Expected:
The range slider should mirror that on the x axis.

To reproduce:
1. Open up bifrost
2. Select a graph
3. Resize the window
4. See issue with y range slider
