When viewing messages in the Kafbat UI after consuming them from a topic, there's currently no way to sort the messages. It would be very helpful if the message list could be sorted by clicking on the Timestamp or Offset headers in the table.

Use Case
Sorting messages by timestamp or offset would help with:

• More easily identifying the latest or earliest messages
• Debugging message order issues
• Navigating large datasets more efficiently
• Helpful when looking at messages across partitions
