[TEST] Unit test needed

Unit tests are needed for this project. I don't have much experience with testing modules. Let me know how it can improve this project and some sources. Then we can collaboratively work on this issue

Hey, i've learning about unit testing and i'd love to contribute.
I think main-script.py needs to be refactored since testing would require functions to test on.
