Media Play/Pause breaks randomly in newest update

What happened that you did not expect?

I used the media play/pause action and it just said "Action not supported in app." While trying to control Youtube and some other media apps. Sometimes it still works if I manually pause with the touch screen, except for youtube where it broke entirely.

What did you expect to happen?

Pause and Resume media.

What would the developer need to do to reproduce the bug?

1. Map volume down input (in Pro/Expert mode)
2. Use "Play / Pause media" action
3. Attempt on Youtube
