/cc or /ccmd cooldown <arbitrarykey> does not work #20
Description
When I attempt to do /cc cooldown test with test being the arbitrary key, it returns [16:07:36 INFO]: [ConditionalCommands] > Not dispatching command because cooldown is not online.... The cooldown command simply does not work.
