Adding jquery to content

i'm trying to add jquery to the manifest file and whenever I add the jquery.js file to the src folder and add jquery to content scripts into the manifest.json file, it doesn't load into the extension folder when I run npm run build.

you have to add it to the lib folder just like in my PR #28
